Concern that many graduate medical students do not know sufficient anatomy to safely and effectively assess and treat patients is a frequent complaint by clinicians. Although downgrading of anatomy relative to newer basic sciences is often blamed, there is evidence students rapidly forget anatomy. However, there are a number of ways instructors can foster long-term retention of anatomy, the most powerful involving intertwining clinical and anatomical information and assessing in-depth processing. Assisting this process is 'triaging' the curriculum so it contains only clinically engaged anatomy. Students are far more likely to remember information which they consider to be relevant to their future vocation. Therefore, teaching only anatomy which is likely to be useful in a clinical context tends to improve long-term retention of anatomy by medical students. Other helpful techniques include incorporating surface and radiological anatomy in a vertically integrated curriculum, reciprocal peer teaching and employing clinically qualified instructors.Due to the high adaptability of Helicobacter pylori and the low targeting specificity of the drugs normally used in pharmacological therapy, the strains are becoming increasingly resistant to these drugs, making it difficult to eradicate the infection. Thus, the search for new therapeutic approaches has been considered urgent. The incorporation of drugs in advanced drug delivery systems, such as nano and microparticles, would allow the improvement of the retention time in the stomach and the prolongation of drug release rates at the target site. Because of this, the present review article aims to highlight the use of micro and nanoparticles as important technological tools for the treatment of H. pylori infections, focussing on the main nanotechnological systems, including nanostructured lipid carriers, liposomes, nanoemulsion, metallic nanoparticles, and polymeric nanoparticles, as well as microtechnological systems such as gastroretentive dosage forms, among them mucoadhesive, magnetic and floating systems were highlighted. To translate and validate the Greek version of the Somatic Symptom Scale-8 (SSS-8) in patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). The Greek SSS-8, created through forth and back translation and cultural adaption processes, was handed over to 145 patients recruited using simple random sampling. Test-retest, composite, and internal consistency reliability were assessed. Construct validity was examined by assessing correlations with Patient Health Questionnaire-15 (PHQ-15), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and EuroQoL 5-dimension 5-level (EQ-5D-5L) instruments. Structural validity was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Convergent, discriminant, and known group validity were also evaluated. The response rate was 95.1% (138 subjects, mean age 43.2 ± 11.7) and the overall Cronbach's alpha was 0.831. Test-retest reliability assessment revealed excellent results (Pearson's  > 0.996; Lin's concordance coefficient > 0.995; intraclass correlative to PHQ-15 in settings with limited assessment time. The aim of the present study was to describe the post-hospital care pathway of individuals with hip fracture and to assess its association with the degree of recovery of independence achieved four months after surgery. A prognostic multicentric cohort study was conducted. All patients aged 65 years and over who were admitted with a diagnosis of fragility hip fracture were enrolled. After the hospital discharge, the patients were followed either at an inpatient rehabilitation facility with an intensive or extensive regimen, a nursing home, a long-term care facility or at home. Among the various care pathways, the intensity of rehabilitation differed according to its duration, frequency of sessions, and activities proposed. To identify the impact of upper limb spasticity on stroke survivors by linking their shared experience to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). Ten community dwelling adults with a chronic stroke and spasticity, who had completed an upper limb rehabilitation trial participated in semi-structured interviews. Data were analysed using content analysis and linked to the ICF Comprehensive Core Set for stroke using standard linking rules. Moreover, As accumulation was found more in shoots than the roots when exposed to higher As levels for 30d having translocation factor >1 and make this plant suitable for phytoextraction of As. Effect of As on plant growth, photosynthetic pigments and lipid peroxidation in response to As is also presented here. The activities of antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase, guaiacol peroxidase and catalase were found to increase in response to As stress.
