Narrow rib profile is the one most often commonly described as the niche member of the three, and from a pure steel-efficiency view the description is fair.As a trusted metal decking supplier, we keep every project a pleasure. This overview explains what to know.Narrow RibThe reading misses what narrow rib are genuinely bought to do, and the answer have a good deal more to do with the material that goes above the deck than with the steel . A narrow rib presents the widest bottom flute among the three profiles, and the broad flute translate directly in to better support under rigid boards placed over it. A pair of situations make that decisive. Thinner insulation boards, and thin boards span a wide rib with difficulty and will dish or break under load. And membrane build-ups where the completed membrane must sit planar throughout the span. And that make it a build-up decision rather more than a framing one.If you're specifying a profile or a full take-off, our team help you.Price Narrow RibLooking to price out Narrow Ribbed Decking?
