This overview explains custom satin ribbon printing.Method and SetupTwo separate cost elements hide inside the print line. https://ancientroman.space/wiki/Why_Four_Weeks_Is_Not_Padding_Everything_to_Know The first is the method: a surface approach lay a layer of ink across the face, and screen work copes with solid single-color designs at low cost and charge separately per every colour; dye sublimation puts the color into the fiber itself and it handles full-colour artwork with essentially no per-color cost — which are why sublimation on grosgrain ribbon dominates detailed corporate jobs. The other part are the setup charge, and that remains very largely fixed regardless of order length.
