We collected both TEE and hemodynamics data. The main result of our retrospective analysis is that TTE can be performed in patients in prone positioning and is reliable and repeatable; the single apical-four-chamber view provides sufficient data to evaluate the cardiac performance in case of scarce availability of hemodynamic monitoring devices, like in a pandemic setting. Color fundus photography is an imaging modality, which is helpful for screening patients with diabetic eye disease and monitoring its progression as well as response to treatment. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) is a dye-based invasive test to detect subtle neovascularization, look for areas of capillary non-perfusion, diagnose macular ischemia, and differentiate between focal and diffuse capillary bed leak in cases of macular edema. Recent advances in retinal imaging like the introduction of spectral-domain and swept source-based optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus autofluorescence (FAF), OCT angiography, and ultrawide field imaging and FFA have helped clinicians in the detection of certain biomarkers that can identify disease at an early stage and predict response to treatment in diabetic macular edema. There are multiple methods available to identify "marker" genes that differ between these populations (Butler et al., 2018; Love, Huber, & Anders, 2014; Robinson, McCarthy, & Smyth, 2009). However, there are usually too many genes in these lists to directly suggest an experimental follow-up strategy for selecting them from a bulk population (e.g. via FACS (Tung et al., 2007)). Here we present scTree, a tool that aims to provide biologists using the R programming language and scRNA-seq analysis programs a minimal set of genes that can be used in downstream experiments. Homoepitaxial growth of nanoparticulate layers was observed on the c(+)-surface. The manner of nanoparticle deposition on the c(+)-surface was similar to that of spherical particles precipitated in the solution, in that both grew through the oriented attachment of small particles during the early growth stage. The growth of the nanoparticulate film on the c(-)-surface was much slower than that on the c(+)-surface. After aging, the top surface of the film on the c(+)-surface transformed into a layer of pyramid-like particles so that the base of the pyramids was directed toward the surface. In contrast, randomly oriented pyramidal particles covered the c(-)-surface. Ostwald ripening through dissolution-recrystallization transformed the nanoparticles into pyramid-shaped particles in the latter stage when they were in contact with the solution. The faster growth on the c(+)-surface than on the c(-)-surface and the pyramidal shape of the particles with c(+)-basal plane deposited on the c(±)-surfaces after aging confirmed that the growth of the c(+)-plane was promoted, whereas the growth of 101̅0 and c(-)-planes was inhibited in this solution.
