Tumor immunotherapy is currently subject of intense scientific and clinical developments. In previous decade, therapists used natural immune system from the human body to treat several diseases. In this context, we discuss the HDAC6 and tumor immune diseases relationship. Also, we summarized the current state of knowledge that based on the combination treatments of the HDAC6 inhibitors (HDAC6is) with antitumor immunomodulatory agents. We observed that, the combination therapies slow down the tumor immune diseases by blocking the aggresome and proteasome pathway. The combination therapy was able to reduce M2 macrophage and increasing PD-L1 blockade sensitivity. Most importantly, multiple combinations of HDAC6is with other agents may consider as potential strategies to treat tumor immune diseases, by reducing the side effects and improve efficacy for the future clinical development.Chlorophyll a fluorescence is increasingly being used as a rapid, non-invasive, sensitive and convenient indicator of photosynthetic performance in marine autotrophs. This review presents the methodology, applications and limitations of chlorophyll fluorescence in marine studies. The various chlorophyll fluorescence tools such as Pulse-Amplitude-Modulated (PAM) and Fast Repetition Rate (FRR) fluorometry used in marine scientific studies are discussed. Various commonly employed chlorophyll fluorescence parameters are elaborated. The application of chlorophyll fluorescence in measuring natural variations, stress, stress tolerance and acclimation/adaptation to changing environment in primary producers such as microalgae, macroalgae, seagrasses and mangroves, and marine symbiotic invertebrates, namely symbiotic sponges, hard corals and sea anemones, kleptoplastic sea slugs and giant clams is critically assessed. Stressors include environmental, biological, physical and chemical ones. The strengths, limitations and future perspectives of the use of chlorophyll fluorescence technique as an assessment tool in symbiotic marine organisms and seaplants are discussed. Haemorrhagic cystitis (HC) is a severe complication of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), which significantly affects patients' quality of life. However, no qualitative studies have described to date the experience of patients who have developed this complication. Therefore, the aim of this interpretative phenomenological study performed on 2019 was to explore the experience of patients who developed HC after HSCT. A purposeful sample of nine patients who had experienced at least one episode of HC after the HSCT were approached. The audio-recorded interviews were transcribed verbatim and then analysed according to Giorgi's method. Member checking of the findings was also performed. The experience of the participants with HC after HSCT has been summarised around three main themes "Being alerted", "It has arrived" and "It has been overcome." Patients reported to have been informed regarding the HC; after the first devastating symptoms, they reported fear and in searching for causes and strat support of patients is crucial. Moreover, strategies used autonomously by patients to alleviate symptoms are at merit of consideration in future studies. Bib count is a frequently used measure amongst pediatric otolaryngologists to quantify drooling status. The plethora of bibs used, including important differences in material, size, and shape, makes one question the validity of bib count as an accurate surrogate measure of drooling frequency or severity. To date, no study has addressed this question in the literature. We evaluated the correlation between drooling frequency, drooling severity, and number of bibs changed to better guide clinical practice in saliva management in a large pediatric patient population. This was a retrospective cohort study comprising 414 pediatric patients from 2014 to 2019. Patients were included if there was presence of drooling and completed the Daniel Drooling Impact Score Questionnaire. The primary outcome was the severity of drooling, frequency of drooling, and number of bibs changed. Age, sex, feeding type and diagnosis were also data points collected. Pearson's coefficient of correlation and multiple regression analysisling severity and frequency despite the variability and lack of standardization in bibs. Consistent definitions of what constitutes a bib and its characteristics should be collected during drooling evaluation. Serum neurofilament light chain (sNfL) is an established marker of neuroaxonal injury in multiple sclerosis (MS). To investigate if oxysterols produced from non-enzymatic and enzymatic cholesterol oxidation are differentially associated with sNfL measurements in MS. This longitudinal study included 62 relapsing-remitting (RR-MS) and 36 progressive MS (PMS) patients with baseline and 5-year follow-up measures of serum levels of 6 oxysterols, sNfL and lipids. The oxysterols, 24-hydroxycholesterol (24HC), 25HC, 27HC, 7αHC, 7βHC and 7-ketocholesterol (7KC), were measured using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. sNfL was measured using single molecular array assay. Serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were obtained from a lipid profile. The enzymatically produced oxysterols 24HC, 25HC, 27HC and 7αHC were not associated with sNfL. However, baseline levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced oxysterols, 7KC (p=0.032) and 7βHC (p=0.0025), were positively associated with sNfL levels at follow-up. Follow-up 7KC (p=0.038) levels were also associated with follow-up sNfL levels. The associations of 7KC or 7βHC with sNfL remained significant after adjusting for LDL-C or HDL-C. 7KC and 7βHC, produced by ROS-mediated cholesterol oxidation are associated with neuroaxonal injury as assessed by sNfL in MS.7KC and 7βHC, produced by ROS-mediated cholesterol oxidation are associated with neuroaxonal injury as assessed by sNfL in MS.
